The Operations Consultant position is primarily responsible for providing operational support to assigned FocusOne clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Match candidate experience to client job order requirements

§ Coordinate interview, offer and placement process for candidates submitted to job orders.

§ Assist Compliance Coordinator in collecting required compliance prior to candidate’s start date and provide oversight/issue resolution.

§ Assist in the resolution of any Supplemental Employee, Client, or Affiliate Provider issue that may arise.

§ Enter job assignments and billing rates into marketing database according to terms and conditions in Client Agreement.

§ Facilitate contract renewal for current clients as contract expires.

§ Account development of current clients to identify additional business opportunities.

§ Provide operational support to Sales team as needed to secure new business opportunities.

§ Carry after hours cell phone on rotational basis with other members of Operations staff.

Requirements & Preferences:

§ 2 years of experience as an Aureus Medical Account Manager, Recruiter or related position.

§ Employment status and job performance must be in good standing with current Manager.

§ Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others (written and spoken word).

§ Detail oriented and skill in organizing tasks and prioritizing deadlines and timelines.

§ Knowledge and awareness of all company policies and procedures with regard to equal employment laws and regulations.

§ Knowledge of how to calculate basic business figures, percentage of increase/decrease, averages, time to fills, etc…
