The Pipeline & Operations Manager will play a leading role in defining and managing process automation projects within Enterprise Data & Process Services. This individual will also serve as core member of the Control Tower function within the Process Automation Services team.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage projects to implement core Process Automation program capabilities, aspects of the operating model, Process Automation standards or measure adherence to Process Automation standards

  • Supports automation candidate evaluation and prioritization

  • Ensures Process Automation work products are delivered in a timely manner and are of high quality

  • Collaborates with business, compliance and technology to plan, manage and track projects evolving risks and issues

  • Identifies risks and issues and escalate appropriately

  • Defines and track metrics related to project or program and the overall Process Automation roadmap

  • Reports progress on a regular basis to stakeholders and partners

  • Hosts project and program related meetings

  • Documents and update materials for the Process Automation steering committee

  • Creates and manage Process Automation program metrics


  • 1-3 years of project or program management experience

  • Highly organized individual with the ability to coordinate across teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

  • Awareness of development and testing practices including standard SDLC processes preferred

  • Understanding of financial services industry and businesses preferred

  • Experience with process improvement techniques & methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) preferred

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (RPA) preferred

  • Strong communication skills


  • Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred


Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
