This position will serve as the Director of Service Strategy and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for long term planning on the IC program. In performing this work, this position will lead and be supported by a direct and matrixed team of specialists. The Service Strategy Director is expected to meet with vendors, subcontractors and internal corporate organizations to assist in the development of unique capabilities. These capabilities are coordinated in lock-step with the USG community to develop tailored strategies and timelines that meet their needs. The Service Strategy Director shall also be responsible for developing and maintaining the IC Capabilities Roadmap and coordinating appropriately with the USG and the internal BAE Systems engineering team.


The Service Strategy Director will also lead the strategic direction of the ICService Catalog. This role is supported by a Service Catalog manager and pricing personnel to deliver and maintain the technical descriptions and pricing for each of the program's offerings. Close coordination with the Engineering and Operations teams as well as USG Customers is required. As new capabilities are added to the program the Service Strategy Director is responsible for providing clear direction on our approach to pricing and the methods for which they can be offered.


Additionally, the Service Strategy Director manages the delivery of Technical Management Volumes as new USG customers submit RFPs to be added to the program. The Service Strategy Director coordinates the decomposition of all technical requirements with the appropriate Service Leads on the program and ensures a thorough and compliant response


Minimum Education And Experience


Bachelor's Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience


Required Skills And Education


Position requires a minimum of 15 years professional experience with 10 years of proven systems engineering experience in customer facing roles.


Experience working across multiple components of the Intelligence Community to include the Department of Defense and Federal/Civil Agencies within the Intelligence Community.


Exemplar communication, coordination, and writing skills.


Responsible for CDRL development, modification, and delivery


Provide support to technical exchange meetings with the USG


Active clearance with polygraph.
