BAE Systems Technology Solutions, Hardware Engineering is seeking an electrical engineer to join the Advanced Microwave Product (AMP) Center team with the development of micro-electronic devices, MMICs and or amplifier modules. The candidate will work in a multi-disciplined microelectronic team environment including Foundry, MMIC design, Amplifier design, and production. The candidate must have the required technical skills and education, as well as a strong interest in RF/Microwave Power Amplifier Design. Design experience with broadband, high power, high efficiency amplifiers and associated supporting circuit design as well as proficiency with the applicable design tools is required. Experience with transitioning these product into high volume production is a plus.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

Design of GaAs and GaN High Power Amplifiers

Technical proficiency with MMIC or Module level Power Amplifiers

Non-Linear Modeling / Simulationof power devices (GaAs and GaN)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
