Under the direction of the Registered Nurse Care Coordinator, the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) assists in the carrying out of the patient plan of care.

High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one-year recent clinical patient care experience. Successful completion of a Certified Nurses Assistant program, or Hospital/Military Corpsman or equivalent direct patient care experience or current enrollment as a student nurse with successful completion of Nursing Arts class in an accredited Registered Nurse program. Current BCLS. Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Able to write legibly and effectively present ideas; document activities; read and interpret written information.
