Responsible for day-to-day operations of Valet, Bell Desk, and Pools at Primm Valley Resorts. Ensures quality customer service at Valet & Bells / Pool -Interacts with customers to maintain quality assurance. Assists hotel management with front desk and spa operations when needed.


  • Maintains open communication with all departments

  • Monitors daily schedule and labor control to ensure qualify yet efficient operations

  • Sets the appropriate standards to maintain customer expectations

  • Directly manages approximately 40 – 50 employees in the Valet & Bells / Pool operations.

  • Expected to work at front desk in supervisor/manager capacity when needed.

  • May be needed to assist with supervising spa operations, must become familiar with all spa duties.


  • High school diploma or general education degree [GED].

  • Two years or related experience in Hotel Operations.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, regulations and operating and maintenance instructions.

  • Must possess the ability to write reports and correspondence.

  • Must possess the ability to speak effectively.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

  • Must possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

  • Must possess the ability to deal with standardized and complex situations.
