We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support Workforce Management Integration for our Commercial Airplanes Manufacturing, Safety & Quality Operations Core hiring events.


  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.


  • Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.


  • Provide limited feedback on assessment results.


  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.


  • Work under general supervision.


  • Attention to detail in all aspects of this job is critical.


  • Strong interpersonal skills, scheduling, document development and maintenance, grammatical proficiency, sensitivity in handling confidential data, understanding process documents and providing leadership and directions and or adhering to direction.


  • Event planning and coordination skills are highly desired.


  • Strong oral and written communications and collaboration skills.


  • Willing to perform administrative duties (catering, stapling, collating, data entry, etc.)


  • Can travel within the Puget Sound corridor to support internal customer events as well as flexibility in hours worked (required).


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
