We are currently seeking aCoiled Tubing District Engineer for our district located in Alice, TX

  • Provides oversight to engineering staff, electronic technicians, and lab technicians, including assigning tasks along with monitoring and directing their work activities

  • Reviews all work plans and job reports to ensure they are designed and performed in accordance with applicable standards and best practices

  • Performs training and performance evaluation on employees, addressing and resolving absence issues, employee problems and other work-related concerns.

  • Performs or assesses job modeling and pipe management along with conducting Cerberus training.

  • Develops job programs and delivers service on location to optimize treatments.

  • Addresses requirements of unique jobs and responds to technical questions and customer service.

  • Provides customer sales and related support to high-profile jobs on site, interacting with customers to ensure their expectations are met.

  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with customer engineers including, but not limited to, pitching new products, developing proposals and negotiating final contract.

  • Provides input and collaboration in engineering-related training efforts, such as recommending technical training, seminars and publications, developing, preparing and presenting training materials for Key employees and customer, updating engineering handbook to reflect current best practices.

  • Keeps informed of industry current developments and best practices from attending continuous educations courses and professional meetings, as well as reading trade publications.

  • Support operations through involvement in assessing equipment problems & RCAs.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
