This position offers high earning potential to those sales professionals who know how to close business. We expect members of this team to understand how to solution sell in the B2B space. Located at our beautiful state-of-the-art office space in Plano Texas; the Inside Sales team has an amazing environment to work in and all key resources necessary be successful.


In this role you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and growing wallet share with existing partners. Additionally, you will work closely with our external sales teams to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities


  • Must be comfortable within a quota-carrying environment


  • Be an experienced sales professional who can hit the ground running


  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals


  • Ability to tell a technical, industry, or market story that positions Crestron as the best solution


  • Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a highly automated & collaborative sales environment


  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts

Qualifications


  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must
