Job Description:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience working on a Type Commander (TYCOM) staff in support of fleet units preferred

  • Thorough understanding of database building, verification and manipulation as well as Microsoft Project a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Power Point, Access, Excel and Word; and should have advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to pull together large amounts of data in developing the TYCOM Quarterly AIT planning message to the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) and shipboard maintenance teams

  • Advanced working knowledge of all C5IMP related directives such as: NMP-MOM, JFMM, and Fleet 47.20.3 series instructions

  • A U.S. Citizen and able to acquire and maintain a government SECRET security clearance
