Develop business within one of the following markets; End user market - includes but is not limited to industrial, commercial, utility, and new technology (solar, wind, alternative energy, etc.) customers, or the Installer (contractor) market. Lead the coordination of resources and/or leverage relationships to create new business opportunities directly or indirectly through reseller partners aligned with the Company. Responsible for selling the entire Company solutions platform regardless of the line of business .

  • Lead the coordination of resources; leverage relationships with targeted customers with districts, branches, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Corporate Accounts team, key suppliers, and key contractor customers.

  • Develop leads, identify strategies, and execute action items to maximize local and national opportunities; attain or exceed sales and profitability budgets.

  • Provide a high level of expertise to end users, installers, consultants, engineers, and/or architects to assist with the specification of products and solutions to meet customer needs and improve the position of the Company.

  • Articulate the Company's value proposition and solution offering to all levels of a customer organization; leverage specialized knowledge gained during opportunity identification process.

  • Maintain alignment with Corporate, district, and branch initiatives and strategies.

  • Participate in professional organizations to enhance lead generation potential and overall reputation.

  • Conduct professional presentations on Company product and service solutions to potential customers; present customer needs and concerns to appropriate personnel.

  • Recommend changes to processes to reduce costs and/or to improve service.

  • Assist branch location to exceed sales and profit budgets.

  • Responsible for selling the entire Company solutions platform regardless of the line of business.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience required: One or more years of responsible sales, marketing, and/or operating experience; demonstrated history of success in achieving sales objectives; knowledge of the Company's products and services

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Job Requirements

2-3 years experience preferred

Four-year degree preferred: Business degree or related major; experience may be substituted for education

  • Ability to network within a given market to find business activity, decision makers, and influencers to create demand for Company products and services

  • Ability to obtain meetings, create credible value proposition, and develop rapport with new and existing clients
