Duties:


The Marketing Coordinator will be creating and writing of all ad copy, press releases and customer-facing content writing including blogs, product descriptions, on-hold messages, social media content and website copy while obtaining risk management and legal approval before releasing any customer-facing marketing and press releases. They will need the abilitly to edit copy and content written and created by other marketing team members. The ability to proofread. Plan, execute, manage and track assigned marketing projects according to deadlines and budget assisting with bank-wide marketing campaigns and branch specific campaigns. This could include all types of advertising including but not limited to print production, radio ads, television storyboards/scripts/ads, auto attendant phone messages, outdoor signage, social media, digital marketing and all other marketing efforts workingn with both in-house graphic design specialist and outsources design vendors. And create, update, and maintain written marketing policies and procedures. Outline workflow processes to increase the efficiency of the marketing department. Any other duties that may be assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field. Will need Experience in digital and social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, email marketing, web analytics, HTML/CMS coding, and SQL/SSRS coding. Ability to write marketing content. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Photoshop and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task are essential along with the willingness to take the initiative to meet deadlines. Ability to recognize the need for a sense of urgency and acting accordingly. Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills. High leve of personal integrity and energy with the ability to work independently and in a team setting with a positive attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material. Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to life at least 50 pounds. Must be willing to travel overnight. Ability to work where needed as defined by the company.
