The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and be looking for an opportunity to develop new business, manage staff, projects and provide leadership to grow the office. In order to be considered for this Office Manager position, the ideal candidate must have the following basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • A minimum of 15 years of project management responsibilities

  • Professional Registration (PE) in IL

  • Proven track record of business development, working with clients and leading project design teams in the Transportation and/or Municipal Markets

  • Being an active participant in a local professional society is preferred
