Duncan Solutions is now hiring persuasive and assertive Call Center Professionals who are looking for a challenging new opportunity in a fast-paced, fun, and upbeat environment. As a Collector, you will work in our downtown Milwaukee call center and will be rewarded for your individual performance while still being able to work as a part of a great team! Collectors are responsible for contacting citizens nationwide regarding their unpaid parking citations, toll and municipal debt to negotiate and establish repayment, while documenting important account information for each call.

Work Schedule:


  • Monday -- Friday: 4 days 8AM to 5PM and 1 day 10AM -- 7PM


  • Saturday: Every 4th Saturday 8:30AM -- 12:30PM

Must Have:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


  • At least 6 months experience in customer service


  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills

Preferred Requirements:


  • 1 to 2 years of stable, consistent work history in a customer focused role


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
