Sr FP&A Analyst - Connected Buildings

Support department expense planning, forecasting and reporting supporting the Buildings Products team. This position will partner with Leadership on Annual Plan (AOP), financial forecasts and monthly reporting processes. Drives reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) on OEF, Indirect Spend, Non-Controllable Costs, and Overhead Expense. The Sr Analyst will partner and coordinate across the global Connected Buildings finance team to ensure timely and accurate submissions to HBT and corporate.


Monthly Connected Buildings Management Reporting


-Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting process


-HFM / SAP expert, deploy and improve templates to the regions


-Preparation of the monthly executive management financial deck


-Assist in preparation of monthly financial deck for CFO


Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting


-Coordinate and consolidate annual plan and forecasts


-Continuous improvement of existing processes (daily sales, monthly reporting, etc.)


-Liaison with HBT FP&A and effective communicator with regional finance teams


-Various ad-hoc analyses from the CFO and Sr FP&A Manager


20 Approval of books of accounts


20 Timely month/quarter close


20 Drive compliance


20 Analysis of variances


20 Financial projections


YOU MUST HAVE


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field.
