Required Education and Experience:

Position Overview:

This position will serve as our Change and Vendor Management Specialist within PNC's Retail Core Bank Technology (MIS) organization. You will be based in Pittsburgh, or another appropriate PNC location.


This position will be responsible for Change Management and Vendor Management activities for the Retail Core Bank Technology team. The Change Management function will coordinate and manage changes into production for projects and work efforts for Retail Core Banking. This includes coordination with the Retail CAB, and ownership of the domain Core CAB. The Vendor Management duties include management of upcoming deliverables for Retail Core Banking Third Party Engagements.


Change Management:


•Description: Coordinate and manage changes into production for projects and work efforts for all of Retail Core Banking.


•Responsibilities:◦Track and report projects and work efforts for Retail Core Banking at the overall Retail Technology level. Ensure changes are taken to the Retail Change Advisory Board (RCAB) when necessary.


◦Present all projects and work efforts targeting a major release weekend to the Retail Segments and Deposits Governance.


◦Facilitate weekly Retail Core Banking Change Advisory Board (Core CAB) meetings to review all changes ready for production as well as inform the team of any Retail Technology awareness items and Retail Core Banking announcements.


◦Organize and lead implementation plan reviews prior to major release weekends to ensure all changes have the appropriate turnover and validation tasks needed for implementation.


◦Coordinate and lead checkpoints to gather statuses and issues related to implementation for Retail Core Banking. Report implementation status and issues to the overall Retail Technology level.


◦Provide subject matter expertise and knowledge on best practices for completing and executing change requests.


◦Enforce change management policies and procedures.


◦Partner with Core Banking Business Technology Partner, Core Banking Leadership and Lines of Business to understand technology deliverables for the year, the road map of their deployments and delivery of outcomes to the Line on Business.


Vendor Management:


•Description: Manage upcoming deliverables for Retail Core Banking Third Party Engagements.


•Responsibilities:◦Track when assessments are launched and due for 17 Engagements.


◦Simplify the Enterprise Third Party Management application (Archer) for Engagement Owners by guiding them through the necessary steps to complete risk assessments.


◦Coordinate Third Party Oversight meetings with the vendor.


◦Create and distribute Third Party Oversight meeting agendas.
