Job Summary


The Sales and Marketing Data Coordinator supports the growing administrative and data processing functions related to outreach marketing, data processing and maintenance for the department This position is responsible for the data coordination, recording, analysis and report generation of the membership enrollment, sales productivity for all LA Care's product lines. This position is responsible for conducting sales enrollment data entry, verifying enrollment eligibility, submitting CMC enrollments daily to the enrollment department, processes and generates the sales incentives reports, assist with contracted agents appointment process, and in addition preparing other reports and data gathering for special projects including annual members benchmark surveys. The Data Coordinator ensures that the data is collected properly, legal or ethical standards are met, especially for data that involves PHI/PII and following regulatory compliance guidelines at all times. The Data Coordinator deals with electronic data and uses complex software systems to maintain and organize data. The Data Coordinator works closely with the data administrator in organizing the data to assist the data analysts and management make better business decisions. This position will maintain multiple synchronized databases in an accurate and timely manner, and prepare necessary related reports from these databases for multiple product lines.


Duties


Responsible for data entry, tracking, collecting, coordination of sales enrollment. Daily processing of enrollment generated for the CMC Streamline Enrollment, LACCD Application Processing, and Medicare Advantage. Conducts enrollment validation, verifying eligibly via AEVS/MARx/Member360/QNXT, follow ups with sales team members as needed and timely submission to the Enrollment Departments. (35%)


Responsible to data entry and post all LACC events in the Covered CA website daily, weekly, monthly. Enters data accurately by the communicated deadlines ensuring data integrity to generate the monthly sales incentive reports (enrollments for CMC and Medi-Cal), validates the enrollment by verifying eligibly (AEVS/ MARx/ Member360/ QNXT), follow ups with sales team members as needed. Data verification and review with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. (20%)


Responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports which includes dashboards and verification of document and track lead generation campaigns, status of the lead distribution pipeline, conversion ratios, and individual unit productivity. Creates and runs necessary reports from software/CRM systems to evaluate the department's performance and support the organizational activity. Prepares and submits data required for audits. Assists with special projects, including data entry of annual members benchmark surveys, data entry of Marketing Campaigns lead cards, prepare event flyers, assist with contracted agents appointment process (updating databases with agent profiles, uploading documents in dynafile). (20%)


Establishes data entry criteria and standards. Develops and maintains policies and procedures ensuring that it is up-to-date. Provides database training and support to other users. Performs data validation and file/ storage of various project documents. Sorts and organizes the data; both hard copy and electronic versions. (15%)

High School Diploma/GED


Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree


Experience


Required:
With High School Diploma/GED: At least 2 years of data coordination experience in health care sales or retail with the demonstrated experience on the following list of stated knowledge, experience and/ or skills.


Experience in health care or managed care environment.


Preferred:
With Associate's Degree: At least 1 year of data coordination experience in health care sales or retail with the demonstrated experience on the following list of stated knowledge, experience and/ or skills.


Required:
Knowledge of Medicare and senior market, Medi-Cal and Cal MediConnect.


Strong MS Office skills (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Knowledge of GoldMine database or skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).


Displays a positive attitude and professional image at all times.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Good typing skills (45-50 wpm).
