In the role of Sr. FP&A Manager Customer Service (Financial Planning & Analysis) (CS), you will provide in-depth business insights by forward-looking analysis and by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs of business into actions. You will also lead the financial planning processes and the management review process; playing a leading role in providing FP&A support to the business.

You are responsible for

  • Manage the overall financial planning process for North America Customer Services. Responsible for the management and continued development of the annual budget, monthly forecasting; delegates’ assignments and drive team’s agenda.

  • Supports management reviews, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria. Deliver actionable analysis and insight for decision-making, value creation, and drive performance management.

  • Play a key role developing and coordinating process timelines, setting expectations and aligning on deliverables working with a group of high performing subject matter experts: finance business partners (BP), business operations analyst (BOAs) and accounting operations.

  • Work proactively and build relationships across the Organization, interacting with individuals across all functional areas including Sr. Management, Field Management, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Units and Global Customer Services.

  • Initiate and lead analysis or process improvement projects x-Center of Excellence (CoEs) /Market/Functions as well as End to End (E2E) stakeholders, and ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the processes

  • Support and drive for application of standard and automation of reporting solutions.

You are a part of

You will be part of the North America market Customer Service team, and you will report to the Health Systems North America FP&A team lead. The FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) is the analytical engine for HealthSystems, will serve as the right hand of the Business Partner to interpret and drive management insight. The CoE will leverage analytical expertise within the organization, providing analytical insight, tracking down source data and triaging causes to support management decisions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor of Science - Finance, Masters preferred

  • 7+ years work experience

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. Knowledge of macros, Visual Basic for Applications desired

  • SAP experience desirable

  • Team-player, result driven, “Can-do-Will-do” mentality and creative

  • Results and action-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customer expectations effectively, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and can work with virtual teams

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Has a positive attitude towards work, and is supportive of changes (initiatives to implementation)
