The NAM is responsible for achieving sales, profit and market share targets for the Amazon Healthcare business. The ideal candidate has experience managing a high profile business on Amazon.com and can demonstrate how to identify opportunities and deliver results using key metrics (RepOOS, LBB, FAST Track, Glance Views and Conversion). The candidate will have a solid background in Forecasting, Open to Buy management, promotional planning, product portfolio optimization, experience driving traffic, marketing levers (AMG/AMS, merchandising), trade budget management and negotiations. The successful candidate will be strongly collaborative, thoughtful, high-energy self-starter with strong business acumen and acute analytical skills. The candidate has demonstrated the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems and drive process improvements. The candidate has proven negotiation skills and successful vendor/account management experience.


You are responsible for (but not limited to)


  • Manage the onboarding process for Philips Healthcare B2B emerging categories with Amazon across all functions


  • Grow the Amazon Healthcare business by driving and implementing strategic initiatives to reach monthly, quarterly and yearly financial sales, receipt and share targets


  • Manage OTB financial metrics by analyzing weekly sales, trends, promotions and Amazon operation metrics (RepOOS, LBB) to provide internal guidance on monthly receipt projections


  • Develop monthly/annual COGS plans with Amazon based on item level, subcategory rollup, inclusive of product and promotional plans


  • Lead business calls with multiple internal cross functional Healthcare Brand teams to ensure new product launches and promotional strategies meet account needs


  • Manage account relationship with Amazon SVS, Vendor Manager, leading weekly calls and business strategies


  • Develop business presentations for internal meetings and lead Amazon QBR meetings


  • Manage trade funds to maximize results and return on investment


  • Monitor the site daily, raise any issues to Legal and Regulatory and manage customer feedback tool

The National Account Manager (NAM) will be managing the Philips Health Care B2B business on Amazon.com. Philips is a strategic partner with Amazon and requires close collaboration internally and with Amazon senior management in driving strategic initiatives to grow our Healthcare B2B business.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


  • BA/BS Degree required 4 years+ of experience in Account, Vendor and/or Instock Management


  • Experience working with Amazon and digital ecommerce, Healthcare knowledge is a plus


  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive business performance.


  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment


  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, across Philips and with Amazon


  • Advanced Excel skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
