Description


Construction Manager


Fulton Technologies supplies construction services to wireless network operations, including civil, electrical, tower construction, cellular site audits, cellular network maintenance, technical support, and electrical construction, maintenance and design. We are currently seeking a Construction Manager in Oklahoma.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with Fulton management team and RF technicians to eliminate any barriers that would limit the overall success and performance of the project, including installing and maintaining RF and wireless equipment for high speed broadband network infrastructure and manage the P&L, regulatory compliance and safety of all assets, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and compliance with all internal policies, procedures, standards and controls.


  • Ensure the project gets completed on time and within budget with focus on account management.


  • Participate in preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to cost control system, equipment requirements and utilization, constructability, formwork, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc.


  • Ensure the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field. This transition includes project review meetings to review contract requirements, general conditions, schedules, budgets, subcontracts and purchase order agreements.


  • Communicate directly with customers as appropriate acting as the escalation point for project issues on existing projects.


  • Develop a strong working relationship with each customer’s Project Managers to maximize new opportunities and revenue.


  • Ensure that customers are informed of project progress, issues and projected completion dates.


  • Assist with field emergency generator calls as necessary on a 24/7 basis.


  • Utilize sales process workflow systems.


  • Optimize small cell networks.


  • Facilitate implementation of solutions and trials.


  • Work closely with customer personnel regarding system design, performance and optimization and to recommend configuration changes.


  • RF and fiber testing, reporting, and troubleshooting.


    Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent experience.


  • PMP certification preferred but not required.


  • Minimum of five years’ experience in telecommunications industry.


  • Thorough knowledge of RF/wireless project management.


  • Previous experience managing off-site teams preferred.


  • Exceptional problem solving skills and negotiation skills.


  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.


  • Able to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues.


  • Strong knowledge and understanding of carrier RF data sheets.


  • Understand basic RF trouble shooting skills related to cell sites.


  • Thorough knowledge of typical customer close out preparation and requirements.


  • Strong knowledge of all civil work related to cell site builds or expansion.


  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.


  • Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
