AI Adoption Specialist

System One is seeking a Micorosft Copilot, AI Adoption Specialist for a remote opportunity with a global leader in the agriculture industry. This role will be responsible for driving adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the enterprise organization by working with various departments to identify value driven opportunities for Copilot implementation, supporting training programs, and helping ensure the successful deployment and use of Copilot to improve business processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with project stakeholders to help develop and implement a Copilot adoption strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. Examples include reducing screen time for field/plant workers, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, increase efficiency finding information/answers across company data landscape.
• Assist with deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot across different departments to address identified business use cases.
• Provide basic technical support, training and guidance to ensure successful implementation across the organizations industrial and office-based workforce.
• Work closely with IT and other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Introduce Copilot and its applications and educate employees on effective use in the workplace.
• Promote responsible use of Copilot, including data privacy and security.
• Conduct and/or participate in hands-on workshops for practical exercises.
• Perform small-scale training sessions, lunch and learns, short videos, digital bites and sharing sessions to drive adoption, linking business needs to Copilot and M365 solutions.
• Draft self-service Knowledge Articles based upon project learning and end user feedback for inclusion in ServiceNow Knowledgebase.
• Assist in building reusable company and department specific prompts to address identified business needs.
• Monitor Performance and Adoption: Help measure performance and impact of Copilot by providing regular KPI updates to management.
• Help identify areas for improvement while working with stakeholders to optimize and expand Copilot solution usage.
  
  

Required Skills

• Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in AI implementation and adoption within an organization.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experienced in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, Power Point, Teams, Copilot)
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira Cloud and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in AI or related technologies is a plus.
  
  

Working Conditions

• This is a remote position requiring engagement on camera (video conferencing) using Microsoft Teams platform.
• Occasional travel to onsite facilities may be required for on-site training and customer engagement purposes.
