The benefits of being a W2 Employee vs a Contractor:
- We pay/file your payroll taxes for you! If hired, you will become a W2 employee.
- Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays
- We offer three (3) unlimited bonus plans in addition to hourly pay!
- Begin to accrue Paid Time Off from day one, that you are eligible to take after six (6) months
- We reimburse you for the mileage you use to take your clients to doctor appointments, for errands, etc.
- Paid training and 24 hour support on every assignment
- We provide liability insurance
- Prior caregiving experience
- Driver license, auto insurance (in your name) and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work schedules starting at a minimum of 4 hour shifts
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
