  • The Scrum Master will facilitate and manage the agile development process for Salesforce projects.
  • This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and removing impediments to ensure the successful delivery of project goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in agile project management, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Salesforce.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
  • Experience in Salesforce projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can progress smoothly.
  • Coordinate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Track and manage project progress using agile tools and methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and incorporate them into project planning.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.

Salary Range - $115,000-$135,000 a year
