Position Summary
Under close supervision, the Administrative Support Partner is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving issues, and managing order entry activities. This role is part of a cross-functional sales/support team, providing a unique opportunity to develop close working relationships with customers and co-workers.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Two to three years of progressive customer support experience in customer service, order processing, retail services, or related environments.
- Proficient in Windows 10 or greater, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Experience with order entry database systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to follow-through and attention to detail.
