About The Role
Hauler Hero is on a mission to revolutionize the waste and recycling industry. We help hauling companies maximize their operational efficiency while improving the daily lives of hardworking professionals in this essential—yet often overlooked—industry.
You'll have a rare opportunity to shape product direction and transform an industry from the ground up. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer based in the U.S. to join our Experience Design team. Partnering with our Director of Experience Design, you'll help craft the experience and vision of Hauler Hero while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a world-class product and design team.
You’re the ideal candidate if you’re a systems-oriented design generalist who not only geeks out over iterative design and user research, but also brings a genuine passion for solving complex problems to improve people’s lives. You thrive on diving deep into discover and turning those insights into polished, user-friendly solutions that scale.
As a Figma power user, you'll craft and refine solutions based on direct user feedback. You should get excited about design systems - we're talking about someone who finds joy in creating scalable components, exploring variant possibilities, and building properties that make our design patterns both powerful and intuitive for users.
