What You'll Do

• Lead daily civil grading and earthwork operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment operators.
• Ensure grading accuracy, soil compaction, and site safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain a high-performance workforce.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and make real-time decisions.
