Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience: At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.

Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from managing supplies and equipment to coordinating meetings and maintaining office policies. Let’s dive into the details:
- Handle various office duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping.
- Efficiently schedule meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and guest upon arrival
- Keep the office environment in top shape by arranging necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Organize and update office procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT department to manage all office equipment.
- Collaborate and provide support to the HR and Finance teams as necessary.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payments for all office-related items.
- Coordinate with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security).
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Maintain organizational charts, expense reports, and asset/equipment inventory.
- Act as a point of contact for office related vendors.
- Edit and produce advanced internal and external communications.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, advanced Word documents, and spreadsheets.
- Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience: At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.
- Experience with project management and budgeting is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
