Construction Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support our Project Manager in the Midland/Odessa area. This role will be responsible for handling general clerical, administrative, and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a background in the construction industry (preferred but not required).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with administrative duties as required.
• Maintain and update project files, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project-related correspondence.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support procurement and logistics.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to project costs.
• Monitor inventory and order office and construction-related supplies as needed.
• Coordinate travel, site visits, and meetings for project teams.
• Support project reporting by compiling data and preparing status updates.
• Assist in resolving administrative or operational issues that may arise during construction.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project Management tools).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  
  

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience in construction or a related field.
