Cashier & Customer Service Associate

The Cashier & Customer Service Associate position mainly focuses on various clerical duties and customer service working within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business.
• Calling customers to confirm the status of their orders, delivery and product service.
• Operating and balancing computerized cash register.
• Data entry - using the Company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

Must be flexible with hours in order to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Must also be able to perform a variety of general office activities in a fast paced team player environment.
• Candidate must posses excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers via phone and in person.
• Cashier and computer experience a plus.

Salary Range: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
