Summary Of Responsibilities
- Court Appearances: Trial/ pre-trial hearings/ law & motion
- Law & Motion drafting; legal and factual research; organize and analyze case information
- Research and identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, codes and case law
- Prepare and draft legal documents (briefs, pleadings, agreements, contracts, applications, legal forms, correspondence, declarations, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal memoranda)
- Trial preparation (witness lists, exhibits, pre-trial motions, trial binders, witness interviews)
- Juris Doctor Degree from ABA accredited law school; Undergraduate degree
- License to practice law; good standing with the California State Bar
- 1+ year litigation experience
