Front Desk/Admin – HOAMCO (Kirkland, WA)

Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for multitasking? HOAMCO is looking for a dynamic, full-time Front Desk/Admin to join our team at a property in Kirkland, WA office. If you have exceptional attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service.
  • Handle both concierge duties and administrative tasks seamlessly.
  • Professionally answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist walk-in residents in a courteous manner.
  • Welcome residents in a prompt, friendly, and professional way, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage administrative tasks independently and collaboratively with team members, maintaining high organizational standards.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently to complete various tasks and projects.
  • Maintain a customer service excellence mindset, ensuring residents' needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease, prioritizing and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
  • Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and managing various office projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional administrative support experience.
  • Demonstrated success in providing top-tier customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on creating positive interactions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a flexible attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on creative problem-solving and exceeding expectations.

Additional Requirements:

  • All candidates will be required to complete pre-hire proficiency tests.
  • The selected candidate will undergo a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
