- All employees are required to uphold the mission and values and conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism.
- Set up and operate packaging machinery.
- Ensure routine maintenance for all equipment, including downstream machinery.
- Complete daily production documentation accurately and consistently.
- Assist in breakdown/reassembly of equipment for cleaning and sterilization.
- Secure work areas at the end of shifts.
- Change packaging film, zipper, or valve materials as required.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in machine operation is necessary.
- Understanding of packaging machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of quality standards and procedures related to manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and convey information.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of production documentation and adherence to quality standards.
