Role And Responsibilities

• All employees are required to uphold the mission and values and conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism.
• Set up and operate packaging machinery.
• Ensure routine maintenance for all equipment, including downstream machinery.
• Complete daily production documentation accurately and consistently.
• Assist in breakdown/reassembly of equipment for cleaning and sterilization.
• Secure work areas at the end of shifts.
• Change packaging film, zipper, or valve materials as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in machine operation is necessary.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of packaging machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of quality standards and procedures related to manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and convey information.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of production documentation and adherence to quality standards.
