ABOUT OUR ROLE

Become a pivotal Sales Development Representative (xDR) with us, stepping into the role of a trusted Go-to-Market Advisor for our clients' sales teams. Your mission: secure new logos and customers through strategic cold calling & omni channel tactics, relationship building, and crafting effective sales campaigns. Melding your sales prowess with our proven methods, you'll complete our intensive 2 Week Certification Program upon hire, swiftly transitioning to being on the phones, building pipelines and proving your readiness to fully service our clients within your first 30 days.

Proficiency in omni-channel outreach is paramount, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele by mastering various communication channels for comprehensive service delivery across all demographics.

Main focuses and responsibilities:

  • Grow and build pipeline through cold prospecting calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  • Partner with your account executive team to help generate meetings.
  • Represent TPG at the highest level by attending meetings with the sales team, engaging in a professionally consultative and collaborative manner, and capturing key insights to strengthen partnerships.
  • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists.
  • Conduct high-level professional conversations and written correspondence with executives in prospect accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities on a consistent basis.
  • Minimum 4 hours/day of outbound prospecting leveraging our automated dialing technology (ADT).

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience REQUIRED with preferences to candidates who are experienced with prospecting and securing qualified leads for a sales team. Other relevant sales experience is also welcomed. Please note experience is required as this position is not considered entry level.
  • Proven ability to adapt to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
  • You are highly results-oriented and relentlessly driven. You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines and thrive in a high-pressure, competitive, and goal-focused environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or any other CRM is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills are critical to your success—you are professional, articulate, and concise, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that build trust and credibility both internally and with our clients. You navigate complex conversations with professionalism and diplomacy, resolving conflicts effectively while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude – you’re a collaborative team player who listens attentively, applies instructions effectively, and demonstrates resilience when facing challenges.
