In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for an IT Professional to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.
Required work Hours - 10 am– 6pm or 11am - 7pm EST
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience preferred, preferably in a busy call center
- Prior work experience working in a highly regulated environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in combination with strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, within a group environment, to address a dynamic range of customer related issues
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities throughout the day is essential
- Owns the customer’s problem by acting with a sense of urgency, demonstrates drive and determination in resolving customer issues
- Maintains detailed notes electronically during customer interactions to ensure accurate documentation within the quality and phone system
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn new processes, products, and systems
- Must be a team player, possess outstanding customer service skills and be self-motivated
- Strong time management skills are needed for this role as is the ability to constantly evaluate changing priorities and react appropriately and professionally
Preferred Technical Experience
- Operating Systems; Windows, Windows Server, group policy, firewalls and antivirus software and the impacts of such on various programs/network topographies
- Network, troubleshooting experience with various network topographies and protocols (DNS/MAC, whitelisting, etc.) wireless printing, mobile data transmissions, TCP/IP, data encryption methods
- SaaS platforms including AWS
- DICOM, Mirth Connect and/or HL7 standards
- MS Office Suite, including OneNote
- CompTIA certification a plus
- Clinical workflows in an acute care or ambulatory environment and/or familiarity with clinical equipment in these desired areas
