Azalea Heights located at 3505 Old Jacksonville Hwy is now interviewing for full time CNA's! Shifts available: 6a-2p and 2p-10p $1000 sign on bonus for all full time hires! Our community is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join our team that are willing and able to pick up shifts as needed .
