Project Assistant

SpeedPro Omaha is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a key client's signage projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the client, out-of-state installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of all projects.

Additionally, you will assist in the general administrative tasks of the project management department.

Responsibilities

• Price signage projects for a key client based on their needs and requirements
• Source out-of-state installers for signage projects as needed
• Coordinate manufacturing with installers and the client to ensure timely delivery and installation of signage
• Assist in the project management function through construction plan reviews
• Perform data entry into subsystems to track project progress and status updates
• Organize signs in preparation for installation
• Communicate regularly with the client, installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project management
• Support submittal/shop drawings
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in account management or project management is a plus
• Experience in the signage industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
