As Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in upholding these standards by supporting and overseeing quality control processes, guest service excellence, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role involves collaborating across departments to ensure that our high standards are met. In this role, you will be in contact with the elite tier members and the hotel.
Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.

Qualifications
- Passion for guest experience and service excellence in a high-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in hotel operations or quality assurance, with knowledge of Hyatt standards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skill in problem-solving.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Able to stand for extended periods and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer skills; Medallia experience is a plus. This is a computer and email heavy role.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
