Provides leadership and direction for the patient care delivery systems of a small-to-mid size medical facility within our organization. Assumes direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services as well as overall accountability for physical plant needs and operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of Supervisory experience in a medical group office or outpatient facility/clinic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business or a healthcare related field of study. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Comparable combination of education and experience, which includes staff supervision and operations management.

About The Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Pay Range: $ 31.43 - $ 48.08

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
