This is a remote role, but we prefer candidates located in the Bay Area for occasional in-person meetings and events.
About The Role
As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations, managing priorities, and keeping us on track as we scale. You’ll handle everything from scheduling and communications to project management and special initiatives.

About The Role
As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations, managing priorities, and keeping us on track as we scale. You’ll handle everything from scheduling and communications to project management and special initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to the CEO and executive team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence
- Coordinate and assist with investor, board, and partner meetings
- Streamline operational processes and improve efficiency
- Manage key projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and documents
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Help keep the company (and our CEO) organized and focused
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks
- Proactive and solutions-driven—you anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience in supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Based in the Bay Area (preferred) or able to work effectively in a remote setup
