Reports To: Corporate Sales Area Director
Key Relationships: Field Operations Teams, Field Leadership Team, Support Center Leaders and Vendors

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing customer contacts with businesses, school districts, municipalities, hospitals, and apartment complexes, generally at the corporate level; must be comfortable and experienced making cold calls and dealing with senior management.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
- Adopts a consultative sales approach, representing the fitness industry to support businesses in addressing their needs and enhancing employee well-being. Manages all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to onsite launch, including management and distribution of collateral with company details.
- Ensures a high level of member satisfaction and retention of corporate membership customers.
- Partner with regional and club level management to ensure all aspects of the program are clear and concise, including launching new accounts for an individual club or region.
- Track leads and new opportunities and monitors new membership activity. Work and lead at a company that lives its Core Values - Accountability, Balance, Communication, Customer Service Excellence, Growth, Innovation, Integrity, Passion, Positive Social Contribution, and Teamwork
The Sales Representative will be involved in all aspects of the program driving membership growth through field generated lead follow-up, direct targeted sales and cold calling/networking and mining opportunities. This unique opportunity will oversee sales in a specific multi-state region and/or vertical market, like schools, hospitals, or otherwise, often with direct contact with targeted company, their employees, and various internal contact levels.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, membership, or marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales/marketing preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth culture.
- Willing to travel as needed to support geographical area.
- Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
