Responsibilities:
- Provide daily routine care, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals.
- Assist residents with feeding as needed.
- Safely facilitate resident transfers.
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
- Document clinical actions through accurate completion of forms, reports, and logs.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Previous experience in a nursing home is preferred but not required.
