Job description:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary and specialty care services to patients across the lifespan. Working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, while also promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.

Job description:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary and specialty care services to patients across the lifespan. Working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, while also promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification in a recognized Nurse Practitioner specialty area
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
