They are a fast-growing company with a dynamic and collaborative culture, focused on building cutting-edge solutions for the financial industry.About the Role:We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our client's dynamic team onsite in San Bruno, CA. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining their cutting-edge software applications. This is a full-time, onsite position, and you must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours. If you are a passionate software engineer with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, experience building scalable and reliable systems, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code across various technologies and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver exceptional user experiences and robust software solutions.Implement new features and improve existing ones.Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies.Contribute to the overall architecture, design, and scalability of the applications and systems.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Software Engineer.Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Proficiency with multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, C++ - Please specify preferred languages if any).Experience with various technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring, .NET - Please specify preferred technologies if any).Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL - Please specify preferred technologies if any).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure - Please specify preferred platforms if any).Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours.Bonus Points:Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Contributions to open-source projects.Experience working in an Agile environment.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
