Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a diverse patient population, assisting with administrative duties, and providing essential support to healthcare providers and staff.

As a Bilingual Medical Receptionist, you'll greet patients, manage appointments, update medical records, handle calls, perform administrative tasks, and support healthcare staff to ensure efficient office operations.

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 /hr. DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Location: Culver City, CA

Medical Receptionist Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience in a medical office setting
• Previous experience is medical administrative and customer service background
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software’s
