We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology to join our team.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus
Role Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs.
- Provide culturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare services.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in community outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
- Stay updated with community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant Policies
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Active state nursing license.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocating for vulnerable communities.
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
