Your Impact:

Next Health is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top medical and operational talent to support the organization's growth and success while ensuring alignment with its values and mission. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to manage a robust talent pipeline effectively.

What to Expect:

As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and Executive Team to anticipate and strategize for future talent needs
  • Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a continuous influx of high-quality candidates for both current and future hiring demands
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Dashboard with real-time data on active talent
  • Proactively source and identify qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, operational staff, and C-suit executives, through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume evaluations, initial phone screenings, and behavioral interviews, to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to optimize the recruitment process and establish long-term partnerships
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive position in the healthcare talent market
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws and maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and hiring processes


What You will Bring:

Well qualified individuals will posses the following;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage open requisitions across multiple departments and geographic locations
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring medical professionals, including but not limited to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician - Assistants, and Registered Nurses, with a deep understanding of healthcare roles and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices
  • Experience overseeing the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $27.00 to $30.00 along with additional benefits. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment.
