Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and roll out a comprehensive and diverse menu of training programs tailored to a wide audience.
- Represent Premium in recruiting recent graduates for our Sales & Leadership Development Program at major universities across the country.
- Lead hands-on training sessions, with a strong focus on customer service training for hourly and client-facing staff.
- Design, develop, and present engaging training materials and programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development at a corporate level with a nationwide organization.
- Proven experience in customer service training for hourly and client-facing staff.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work hands-on and lead by example.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- This is an in-office position located in New Orleans. This position is not eligible for remote work.
