Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our talented marketing team. This role is perfect for a self-sufficient video professional with experience in interview-style filming, storytelling, and exporting for different media platforms. The ideal candidate will record, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various marketing initiatives.

This role is hybrid, meaning candidates must be available for on-site filming and collaboration at our St. Louis headquarters while also having the flexibility to work remotely for post-production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Filming & Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, recruitment, training, and company culture projects.
• Conduct one-on-one interviews
• Set up lighting, audio, and multi-camera shots for a professional production environment when necessary.
  
  

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with Delmar Mortgage's brand.
• Manage motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
  
  

Content Management & Delivery

• Organize and maintain video archives and assets.
• Upload and manage videos on YouTube, Vimeo, and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and creative direction.
  
  

Equipment & Studio Oversight

• Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring optimal setup for video production.
• Guide recording best practices for remote and in-person interviews.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Experience with interview-based storytelling
  
  

Preferred Experience

• A team player who can work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interview-style, corporate, and documentary-style videos.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Creative and adaptable storyteller with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Personable with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
