- Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, motivated by delivering high level service and support? Bring your expertise, forward-thinking mentality, can do attitude and your ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment to support our Plant Manager of LVA!
- Primary focus is on coordination of tasks among a variety of team member and follow up.
- Smaller focus is on calendar and inbox management, travel booking, visa applications and expense management, purchasing, preparation of meeting materials, event planning, scheduling and meeting practicalities.
- Regular interaction with a broad partner group, both internal and external.
- Coordinate various types of requests.
- Sophisticated cross-regional interactions.
- Drive LT Agenda (co-ord/prep).
- Attend in LT meetings, responsible for note taking, collecting actions and following up on LT tasks accordingly.
- Support strategy planning and deployment (KPI deployment/tracking/tactical implementation plan review).
- Support Global Core Processes - People, Finance & Comms plan (e.g., System support, PO support, supervise various spending, etc.).
- Team Meeting and Workshop Support, may include external meeting logistic support.
- May host big events and being the lead coordinator.
- May participate in ad-hoc projects.
- Process and change support.
- Proven experience as a successful Executive Assistant within a global organization.
- Strong communication skills, and experience with internal communication in an international company.
- Solid skills within Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience planning and delivering meetings and events.
- Proven track record of producing results and completing tasks within a given timeframe.

- The salary for this position has a range of $75,000 - $100,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
