Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Specific duties will include:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule key project components
• Manage and maintain active assessments on a proprietary online survey tool
• Serve as the main liaison for assessors and clients utilizing ExCo’s proprietary online survey platform
• Maintain the project calendar and monitor correspondence to facilitate timely and organized communication
• Provide regular updates to team members involved in shared projects to ensure alignment and progress
• Design and manage tools and trackers for use by key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop a strong understanding of ExCo's assessment methodologies, including scope, purpose, deliverables, and alignment with account strategies
• Assist in preparing briefing decks and other project materials
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential risks to deadlines or deliverables
• Contribute to various deliverables as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Great project management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  
  

Reports To: Director of Operations

Location: Arlington, VA (Metro Accessible – currently hybrid but must be able to commute to the office two days a week)
